1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided by THE. Tuscan Hill Enduro,including guided bike tours, bike rentals, and shuttle transport. By booking any service, the customer accepts these GTC as binding.
2. Services
Guided Tours: Professionally guided e-bike tours.
Bike Rental: Rental of high-quality e-bikes and equipment.
Shuttle Service: Transport of riders and bikes to starting points. Riding down is doneindependently and at the rider’s own risk.
3. Booking and Payment
Bookings can be made via email, WhatsApp, telephone, or contact form. Payments accepted: Cash, POS or bank transfer. Booking is confirmed once we provide written or verbal confirmation.
4. Cancellations and No-Shows
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before the booked service. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50% of the total amount. No-shows are charged 100%. In case of cancellation due to weather or safety, full refund or rebooking is offered.
5. Liability and Insurance
All activities are at your own risk. THE. Tuscan Hill Enduro provides no insurance. Participants are strongly advised to arrange personal accident and liability insurance. No liability is assumed for accidents, injuries, or damage, except in cases of grossnegligence or intent by us.
6. Participant Requirements
Participants must be in good health and able to operate a bicycle safely. Helmets are mandatory. No alcohol, drugs or impairing substances before or during the activity. Unsafe or disrespectful behavior may lead to exclusion without refund. Minimum age for solo riders: 14. Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Riders must inform us of relevant medical conditions or allergies.
7. Use of Equipment and Damage
All equipment must be checked by the customer upon handover. Visible defects must be reported before use. The customer is liable for any loss, theft or damage to bikes or equipment. In cases of misuse or negligence, full repair or replacement costs will apply.
8. Shuttle Use and Vehicle Responsibility
Treat the shuttle vehicle with care. Riders are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle (e.g. interior damage, excessivedirt, forced loading). The driver’s instructions must be followed at all times.
9. Late Return & Theft Reporting
Late returns are charged €10/hour. Bikes not returned within 24 hours may be reported to authorities as stolen. Early returns or shortened tours do not entitle to partial refunds.
10. Changes During Tour / Force Majeure
We reserve the right to adjust or cancel services at short notice for safety or weather-related reasons. No refunds are guaranteed, but rebooking or credit may be offered. Route changes during the tour are at the guide’s discretion and are binding.
11. Guide Authority
The guide’s instructions are final and binding. Inappropriate behavior or refusal to follow safety rules may result in exclusion withoutrefund.
12. Media Use (Photos & Videos)
Photos and videos may be taken during the activity and used for social media orpromotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any content, please notify us before the tour.
13. Privacy Policy (GDPR)
We process personal data only as needed for service delivery and communication. No data is shared with third parties unless required by law or booking logistics. You have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. Find the full Privacy Policy via the button below.
14. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
